Vault Condition: Vault contains piers of reinforced concrete isolated from floor. Piers extend eight feet below surface to weathered granite.

Site Geology: Lower Eocene aged Siletz River volcanic series. Consists of pillow lava, basalt flows, and breccia, with interbedded tuffaceous siltsone and sandstone.
