The assigned vertical slip rate is from Geomatrix Consultants, Inc. (1995). Location of fault updated to better reflect mapping of Gilbert and others (1983) and Knudsen and others (1996). Dip of fault changed to 50? based on redefined regional default value (Lund, 2006).
