This fault was assigned a slip rate of 0.1 mm/yr in 1996 based on preliminary data from dePolo (1996, written commun.). However, the slip rate subsequently assigned by dePolo (1998) was 0.01 mm/yr based on the presence of scarps on alluvium but the absence of basal fault facets. The published value will be used herein. Preferred rake changed on 12/16/2004. |
