Vault Condition: Vault is located in a small concrete block building which is buried in the ground. The ceiling of the vault is at ground level. Entrance is through a small shed and down a ladder. Piers are isolated from the floor and attached to bedrock. Humidity is high and is reduced by leaving several 150 watt light bulbs burning in the vault at all times.
