Site Geology: Bilibino lies within the Anju fold region of the Chukotsk fold system. The Anjo fold region consists of ingneous rock such as gabbors-diabase and sedimentary rock including aleurite, argillite, crystal shale and various types of limestones.

    Data flow was stopped from Sept. 2011 to mid-April 2012 due to non-technical reasons. Data flow resumed in April but stopped again in early July due to a broken network link. Data flow has resumed but data is noisy.
